Our thermostat continuously monitors the rate at which your HVAC system can heat/cool, and ensures that an occupant’s preferred temperature is restored within a configurable amount of time upon their return to a room.
Humidity Control
Mold and Mildew can wreak havoc in rooms over time. Each Verdant thermostat is equipped with a humidity sensor that ensures rooms are cooled intermittently to stave off humidity, even when guests are away.
